How is Mosha underwear made
The production process of Mosha underwear is carefully designed to provide maximum comfort, durability and aesthetics. Every detail in production, from raw materials to final packaging, follows precise steps to guarantee impeccable craftsmanship.
1 . Priprema elastične trake – ključ udobnosti
To make a high-quality elastic band, we first carefully select and prepare 240 threads in a precisely defined color. This process begins by winding the threads onto reels using specialized machines that ensure even and precise alignment of the threads.
2 . Proizvodnja trake na džakard mašini
When the threads are ready, the weaving process begins on an advanced jacquard machine, which performs about 10 operations per second. At this stage, the band takes shape with a defined design, branding and elasticity to ensure optimal support and comfort.
Each strip requires 1,200 operations of the jacquard machine, which highlights the precision and complexity of our production process.
3 . Finalizacija elastične trake
After production, the elastic band goes through further processing on the finishing machine, which achieves optimal elasticity and durability of the material. This process guarantees that the band will retain its shape even after long-term use and multiple washings.
4 . Sečenje i šivenje donjeg rublja
Once all the key materials are ready, the cutting and sewing process begins. Precise tailoring techniques and high-quality sewing machines ensure flawless assembly of all components. Each seam is carefully made to guarantee the longevity of the product and ensure maximum comfort without skin irritation.
5 . Quality control and packaging
Before leaving our factory, each unit of underwear goes through strict quality control. We thoroughly check every elastic band, seam, shape and elasticity to ensure that each product meets the high quality standards of the Mosha brand.
